So yeah pretty much, someone deleted his old faction to join mine so selling his old base for him as he doesn't have a forum account. (No this isn't mine for all those that want me demoted) 
The base itself is 5x5 (25 Chunks) with multiple cobble/water/lava layers on the outside, at least 3 walls all around.
The cactus farm inside is currently 3x3 chunks with 13 layers of cactus.
There is an automatic collection area at the bottom with hoppers and an auto-smelting system 40 furnaces long which operates perfectly.
There is also an obsidian vault at the top of the claim with obby/water layers with regen chests inside.
