Helper Application Changes

This is a quick post to go over some changes to the helper application system.

A player is now required to have at least 72 hours of playtime (/ot) to be eligible for helper.

There are now four new situational questions on the application, which take answers straight from the helper guidelines.

The response for "Why do you want to become Helper and what do you believe you can bring to the server?" question is now a minimum of 400 words, up from 300 characters.

We hope that these small changes will help improve the quality of helpers in the future.

first, if i have 1000hrs this map do i need to play 72 on new.
secondly is it 400words or 300 characters or what

I think you have to play 72hrs on the new map as well, and it has to be 200 words on what you think you can bring to the server & why you want to be helper.

We can refer to your hours on the current map, just make sure to state in your application that you had the hours on the last map. The character requirement is whatever it says on the application form.

We told you in chat earlier that you keep answering one of the final questions inncorrectly in your application. As well All of the information you need is in the guidlines and yet you still answer it the same way make sure to Read the guidlines so that you don't continually answer it incorrectly. Once you answer all of the questions correctly it will not be denied on the spot and it will be looked over by staff during the meeting. If you are denied again I would say take a break from trying to get helper, and just play the server like a normal player.

Ok I just want to have experience helping others that’s all I also did read it I thought it was the verbal warning and 5 minute mute I changed that so it’s one. I made it Verbal instead of 5min mute.

Btw it was 200 words minimum not 300 Dakotaa for applying helper.
