Describe your issue in detail : My faction was raiding this guys base, and he comes outside and starts using reach hacks to kill us with.
Why do you feel this is worth a report : Hacking provides an unfair advantage towards players!

I have a few things to say about this video.
First of all the server has been extremely laggy today, especially at the time this video was made. I am sure everyone online at the time can vouch for this. You can also see me lagging in the video at a few spots (at 0:58 I rubber band on top of the cobblestone wall. Also you lag at 1:09 falling off the water to try and hit me you rubber band back up. at 1:20 you can see me freeze in the air as you knock me out of the water. at 1:30 my first hit on you I freeze and you can see me frozen in place and throughout the fight I am freezing as I hit you and also the video makes it seem like I teleport to you further proving that this video was shot under laggy conditions You can see me teleport a few times in the video but it is pretty clear at 1:45 and at 1:40 ish). The reason I caught up to you was I had a speed 2 potion popped and I had a scuba helmet on as well allowing me to move much faster in the water than you.
Secondly I want to bring up the fact there is no way to tell in the video if I can hit you while you cannot hit me as you are in the 3rd person point of view the whole time. There is no way to tell how many blocks away I am from you as we are both in the water doing the swimming animation.
Third I don't have proof of this as I wasn't recording but on my screen the fight looked very different. On my screen I was able to catch up to you much quicker and when I was hitting you I was bascially right next to you. As I said previously I didn't record this but you can tell that I think I am in front of you in the video at 1:45 because I turn around and start swinging my sword at the air. On my screen you were in that position and clearly you weren't as shown by the video. Because of the apartment I live in having poor internet speed I am almost constantly at 200-500 ping at all times on this server, i'm sure staff can check this out in some way or another.
Fourth of all I am pretty sure reach hacks aren't a thing in minecraft and haven't been for a long time but I may be wrong about that.
In summary the video you are reporting me with shows me lagging the whole time essentially and the server is also lagging at the time you shot it. There is no way to tell how far away I am from you based on the fact we were fighting in water and swimming.
