Ban appeals are for when we have made a mistake, or there has been a significant change in the circumstances.
These are the only reasons a ban appeal would be accepted. Appeals for "apologies" or just admitting you did wrong will be instantly denied.

Nature of ban(ie, mine craft temp banned or TS3 perm ban) : TS3

Staff who banned you : Dokataa

Staff who dealt with you : Dokataa

Staff who have warned you previously : No one

Reason for ban on record : I was joining a lobby and i found dokataa and as i joke i said "perm ban me" i dident think that he was taking it seriously so i dident deserver that ban.

Annoying maybe im not sure.

because that what happened.

I think i have changed and i will stop being annoying and rude but if you dont think i have changed you can perm ban me again.

Never take jokes with admins or staff.

You can trust me because i very much like this server and speaking to people on this server and i will never take jokes because some people might take it seriously.

Hello.

Thank you very much for your appeal, it is very important to us that we have a line of communication to right incorrect bans.
I hope you understand that - this being such a serious case, the deliberation could take some time.

We will organise a pre-examination meeting of all important staff members to discuss if we shall hold a reading of your appeal.
If this passes, we shall organise a committee to hear your appeal and proceed to come to a verdict as to whether your ban and appeal are suitable to be processed further. Upon a positive verdict, your appeal will be read in general to all staff to decide whether or not we shall hold a tertiary hearing. Upon a further positive decision, we shall organise a second hearing to process your appeal. A debate will then be held regarding your ban and a first vote will occur as to the decision of your appeal. A third and final reading will be held & a final debate will follow. If this passes, the appeal will be sent to our high staff who shall then deliberate as to whether the appeal is worthy of discussion. If so, a reading will be held by the high staff who then shall vote on the validity of your appeal. Upon passing, the appeal will be read by Myself and Dakota to decide whether or not we will accept the appeal. Finally, on a positive vote from Myself and Dakota. We will flip a coin, if it lands heads - your appeal will be accepted, otherwise your ban will remain.

Any and all organisational and administrative costs will be invoiced to your home address with our standardised babysitting fees and interest rates alongside.
