Oh my apologies, I would attempt to login to the server to see the amount of time remaining on the ban every so often, then all of a sudden when I posted this recent reply, it switched from telling me a time countdown to being "You have been permanently banned". I apologize for the confusion.
My month long ban has just changed to a perm-ban, 3 days before my unban date. I haven't done anything since the incident so I am just very confused as to why after I've been patiently waiting to come back on for a month, and then this happens?

Ban appeals are for when we have made a mistake, or there has been a significant change in the circumstances.
These are the only reasons a ban appeal would be accepted. Appeals for "apologies" or just admitting you did wrong will be instantly denied.
