These are the only reasons a ban appeal would be accepted. Appeals for "apologies" or just admitting you did wrong will be instantly denied.

Staff who dealt with you : Dakota

Staff who have warned you previously : Nobody, because i'm a good boy.

Reason for ban on record : "Ip grab" No proof, just Dakota getting salty with me on ts3 a year ago and won't unban me.

Why do you think you were banned?(what you think the admins thought) : Because i won a gamble over a year ago against dakota for like 1 million, and when he refused to pay me, i offered to square up with him xD

Why what is your explanation of this reason? Idk it was a year ago

Why should we unban you? Because i'm a sick cunt, i've donated quite a lot and i wanna play on the server with my friends

What measures will you take to prevent this from happening again? If the owners don't abuse their powers, it won't happen again.

Ban Appeal Denied, we had enough proof that you tried to ip grab. We do not just ban people for no reason.

May i see such proof please?

We do not keep proof that's almost a year old.

Because you don't have any proof -.- xD Don't bullshit me, just tell me you don't want to unban me rather than making excuses which don't hold up man, I've played on the server since the first map, and you can't give me the decency to tell me the truth smh.

Like I said we don't ban people for no reason. We don't hold on to proof for a year, if you would have appealed within the week, like every normal player that's banned does, we would be able to supply proof. I am sure Dakota did not ban you for "ip grab" if you did not do it. We rarely have to use that reason on players. I don't think we have ever accidentally banned someone for ip grabbing as it's so specific.

Let's go through some things that make your accusation look silly. 1) Guest's can't view IP's on the teamspeak. 2) I didn't apply for an unban because i was stationed in South Africa days after it happened. (Meaning i was a little busy) 3) The only reason i wanted to get unbanned is so i could speak with Harry or Dakota privately about something unrelated to the server. 4) Why would i only be banned on the Teamspeak and not on the server if i was "Ip Grabbing" ?. The reason i was banned is because Dakota got upset when i flamed him for abusing his powers. All said and done, you have absolutely no proof whatsoever, and you wasn't even there when it happened, sooo you're going on what was said by the person who banned be without proof. Sounds a little illegitimate to me, but if that's what you wanna do, I'll respect it.

1) IP Grabbing is done through a link. I am on ts with dakota, and he said to deny the appeal lol. I am locking this appeal since the decision was already made. Spalw or Dakota can reply to the appeal if they would like.
