Describe your issue in detail : He was being very rude in chat, then he said he was angry and used xray. (I am reporting on the xray part).
Why do you feel this is worth a report : I would like for us to stop an xrayer, as they don't make the server any more fun. Also, he was complaining and was a nuisance to me in chat.
