These are the only reasons a ban appeal would be accepted. Appeals for "apologies" or just admitting you did wrong will be instantly denied.

Reason for ban on record : My friend used my account as an alt.
Why do you think you were banned?(what you think the admins thought) : My friend was using my account as an alt, and I'm guessing the admins thought I wasn't a real person and thought my friend had an alt account.
Why what is your explanation of this reason? Basically, I let my friend use my account, and he used it as an alt. But in real life I am human and this is my account.
Why should we unban you? I think it is fair to do so because I can justify that I am a real human and I am dying to play on your server.
What measures will you take to prevent this from happening again? I won't let others use my account as an alt.
How can we trust you again? I can promise that I will be a good member of MCDrugs and if you need further authentication you can teamspeak with me just to make sure I'm human. If anything like this happens again you can ban me forever, no excuses next time.
