Ban appeals are for when we have made a mistake, or there has been a significant change in the circumstances.
These are the only reasons a ban appeal would be accepted. Appeals for "apologies" or just admitting you did wrong will be instantly denied.

I lost my own account therefore I use my brother's. OGdaddy allowed me to.

Nature of ban(ie, mine craft temp banned or TS3 perm ban) : Minecraft temp ban

Reason for ban on record : I got accused of xraying a base of ohchit's. This started from ChickenChit who kept accusing me of hacks plus more people. Before I even did my story, then Candy came and only heared out parts of my story which he after banned me.

Though I can assure you that this ban is incorrect, I might have been clumsy with explaining it in game but here I can explain it the best therefore

I think you should see my whole story here in stead of what I said at that time, when I was still raiding the base and being very busy.

Why do you think you were banned?(what you think the admins thought) : They banned me for xray since my explanation in game didn't match the evidence they had (their story) I dug straight into the base.

Though this was possible because there was a person in the base (I have /near) and I was already sure there was a base in that area since I had seen entitys from above the base( to be exact 10/16 from far and even 13/17 when I came close.

Why what is your explanation of this reason? First of all I would like to mention that my explanation in game was a bit clumsy, though this is because of the fact that my English is not good. I am 12 year olds and from The Netherlands so please don't expect me to speak perfect english.

Secondly I would like to mention that I couldn't do my full story due to alot of people teasing my in game, threattening me, acusing me of hacks immediate before I even had got to do my story and lastly when they msgd me about it in game I was still very busy raiding so you would expect a short answer in stead of long well prepared answers.

I would like to add that I might know who the person was that was afk in the base. It was one of the people with oi in their name, I think it
was Tenschi_koi(lilkoi) but I would have to see the faction list for that which no one showed me and you can see in the logs which person was there when I came into the base, he was in the most far out corner in the chest room without heads.

Now I would like to explain how I found the base,
I was looking for raids when I came across a peak of entitys (it went to 10/16 which means a base, candy confirmed this) So one thing was sure, there was a base close.

Now there are 2 options left and that is a skybase and an underground base, I set my render distance to 32 chunks and could clearly see there was no skybase near. After that I went to explore the region a bit more, when I saw another peak, so I did /near which showed me a player standing in the base.(Lilkoi) Which can be confirmed in the block log( he was standing afk in the far out corner of the vault part without heads) The /near showed me he was very close.

So I went to explore that even more, and so I came to a spot where I was the closest to him, then I dug down and came into the base. Raided it, looted it and then this started.

Why should we unban you? I have never been banned for xray and I will never use it, I am an very experienced raider though due to my bad english I am very clumsy in my explanation. What I explained above are solid facts, which a real xrayer wouldn't have come with.

Since the xrayer would not explore the area, the xrayer went straight for the base in stead of looking for hints where the base would possibly be. So all in all, I explored the region very well so I could make a good guess where the base was.

What measures will you take to prevent this from happening again? Next time I see my entity counter rising I will immediately screenshot it and I will screenshot my /near so I will have better evidence. Also I would like to talk with you on ts since then I can explain it even more better. If you have any concerns or questions please ask them since that might help me getting unbanned

How can we trust you again? I play this server with my brother for 3 years, we have never been banned for xray nor for anything in that region. We always got banned for chat abuse. If I am really a hacker I would have been caught already in those 3 years. In stead of now, I know how to raid and when there is and when there isn't a base.

What else would you like to say to the admins who will review this case? Message for admins:
I have never xrayed on this server in the 3 years I played on it, I have mvp+ which I use alot and also in this case. I know when there is a base and when don't. Please take also into account that my explanation was simply clumsy because of all the circumstances.

I have had this in the past aswell (you can ask damian_2010 about that, please do) I have had problems with explaining things in other languages. And I would like to speak with one of the admins plus the vault owners on ts because that suits the situation the best.
They are sad about their vault and I am sad that I am banned, both can be talked out.

Message for owners of the vault:
The people that owned that vault should take a better look at how to make vaults, I suggest them to make an dispenser vault since those are really hard to find, even when you have item frames in it.

First off I would like to say that your appeal was very in depth, and very convincing, there is however a few flaws. I would like to point out that you said, "I was looking for raids when I came across a peak of entitys (it went to 10/16 which means a base, candy confirmed this)", due to what you said were because of flags and player heads. I have attached evidence that proves otherwise.



Now, this was your first claim when I confronted you in main chat after you had killed my faction members and I. You never said anything about having /near. Tenshi_koi was at a different base at the time of the raid. This can be checked in logs I'm assuming. We all came back to the vault and saw you, DarkNom and Zman719.

You were all invisible and in the process of looting our chests. You never mentioned to anyone that you had used /near until you were accused of x-raying. There was a hole dug straight into our base, right where the chests were. As someone that has played in the server for 3 years, such as yourself, you were aware that x-ray was a bannable offense. You shouldn't have used it.

Thank you for your reply, as I already said I was very clumsy in my way of explaining it in chat. I didn't think good about what I said, luckily I did this now.

I would like to add that the screenshot that ChickenChit has, has been taken after I raided it. And after everyone that left. Also what is very important when entity raiding is the way you look. Sometimes you see the entitys and sometimes you don't. Therefore this screenshot doesn't illustrate the situation very well. As I said I have explored the region multiple times( with already knowing there was something there thanks to /near and the peak) And you didn't, you only took a 1-way direction screenshot of the entitys that are loaded at that time. At the time I came across the base there was a person at the base. Meaning the entity counter was atleast 1/1 which would also be a base and I would have gone for it then aswell. Please don't underestimate the power of /near raiding and entity raiding. I also did /near so even when my entity reason is not correct, I could do /near so I knew where the base was.

Lilkoi may have been away during the raid, doesn't mean he was there before it(when I was exploring) so that means I already know where the base was...

I am sorry for your loss, but it's a raiding server, I didn't use xray and I will never do. I was very clumsy in my way of explaning but now I think I have explained it (hopefully) enough.

As stated previously "In TS" Entity raiding doesn't allow you to know exactly where a base is... The chest room was dug directly into. I'm sorry if you feel this is unjust but there is just lack of evidence to prove this was not in fact xray.

Thanks for your reply, as stated in my ban appeal I have /near. Explaining why I could get so close, though ofcourse not only entity raiding is involved. After all /near let me see what player was there. Also you should check the logs first for Lilkoi to be there and that I did /near. Even if it wasn't a entity raid I could still do /near and I would still know where the base was. That explains why I dug straight into it, entity doesn't show you where the base exact is, /near does on other hand. Please join ts so I can have a chat with you...

I would also like to add that you shouldn't just talk with the people that was there when they found out that we were there. Since we already were there for a very long time. Also it is unfortunate that you keep focusing on the entity thing since I also used many other things to raid it, the player that was in the base AFk and the /near command I used. Please check the logs, I did all that.

@ThaCandyMan normally when someone is afk in a base, that can't be xray. Never. If you afk in your base you are defenitely getting raided. Sadly you didn't take that into account, Lilkoi was afking in the base, lilkoi was afking in the base.

I'm closing this thread... no one was afk in the base. Confirmed because the person you are accusing of being afk there was at another base. You can wait your ban out thanks.
