Ban appeals are for when we have made a mistake, or there has been a significant change in the circumstances.
These are the only reasons a ban appeal would be accepted. Appeals for "apologies" or just admitting you did wrong will be instantly denied.

In Game Name: Squan1

Length of Ban: 1 day temp ban and demotion of cop and ranks

Nature of ban(ie, mine craft temp banned or TS3 perm ban) : /duty in wild

Staff who banned you : GotEdit

Staff who dealt with you : N/A

Staff who have warned you previously : N/A

Reason for ban on record : I was a cop, and I was on duty when I did /wild or when I was in the wild

Why do you think you were banned?(what you think the admins thought) : I was banned and demoted to ever be a cop because I was on duty while /wild and being in the wild.

Why what is your explanation of this reason? Well... I looked at the rules CAREFULLY, and I never saw anything in the rules that I could not do /wild while on duty. I was being pestered by some random player that was spamming me with tpa requests so I finally got tired of it and tpa to them. And, I was on duty at this time, not aware of what would happen if I was on Duty in the wild. I was then being killed nonstop by the person that i tpa'd to. After I was killed I was then banned with no warning.

Why should we unban you? I should be un-banned because all today, I was working on leveling up so I could be a cop again. I was all the way up to smuggler, when I was going to do /police enroll and then I could not do it. I was very confused to why I could not become a cop, and I was a little upset when after all my hard work today of selling drugs, I find out I cannot be a cop. It kind of disappointed me because I was looking forward to being a cop

What measures will you take to prevent this from happening again? I will again, carefully read the police rules, which I did. I must've missed something, because again, I could not see that I could not be on duty during my presence in the wild. I will talk to the staff when they are online next time before I do something like this. It means a lot to me to follow the rules, and I follow them to the best of my ability.

How can we trust you again? You can trust me because I am a trustworthy person. You might have seen my last ban appeal because I accidentally advertised another server on THIS server. I was deeply sorry about the inconvenience. I have always followed rules and I always look at things twice, just like I did with the police rules.

What else would you like to say to the admins who will review this case? I again want to say that you all have done a wonderful job on this server, And I rarely ever say this to people and their servers, and I really liked how I was able to be a cop, I was really unhappy that I could not be a cop today after my hard work, So I ask you politely to let me be a cop again. Thank you.

The rules are very simple and very clear.

The rules that you gave me where not listed in the chat, The only rules that I could see and that I was given was at /warp police in the library. I don't know, but is something wrong with when I enrolled as police, because the rules that you just put there, I was never given those.

I think that its a little rude that I cannot be given a second chance based on the fact that there could have been a flaw in giving me the rules some way. AND, I was not frisking anyone in the wild, or traveling to other bases. I was pretty unaware of these rules, and I would have not been in the wild while in duty if I had see these rules. Every server that I am on, I read every single rule. And it just so happened that the rules did not "come" to me or show in a place where I could see them. Again, I think this is a n honest mistake based on the circumstances and I think I should get the benefit of the doubt because nothing was mentioned to me about these kind of rules.

It is your responsibilty to check the cop rules. At warp police, which you have said you have been, the first sign you see is a sign which you are able to click in order to give you the rule list.
