Ban appeals are for when we have made a mistake, or there has been a significant change in the circumstances.
These are the only reasons a ban appeal would be accepted. Appeals for "apologies" or just admitting you did wrong will be instantly denied.

Length of Ban: 1 week
Nature of ban(ie, mine craft temp banned or TS3 perm ban) : temp ban
Staff who banned you : Edit
Staff who dealt with you : Edit
Staff who have warned you previously : None
Reason for ban on record : Apparently using kill aura in the lobby, i have no hacked client and where is the proof.
My friends account was banned from the server by edit, banned because it was my "alt" why I have been playing with him and enjoyed the server.
Why do you think you were banned?(what you think the admins thought) : I have no idea what the Admins thought as I have played the server completely legit. I have played PVP with most of the staff and if I was using it would have been banned then
Why what is your explanation of this reason? I do not have an explanation because I do not know what is happening, I will show full proof with a screenshot of my .minecraft folder
Why should we unban you? I think that it was unfair to ban me for doing something i have not done.
What measures will you take to prevent this from happening again? I have no idea.
How can we trust you again? I believe so, I have made new friends, joined a Faction.
What else would you like to say to the admins who will review this case? My friends account was seen as my alt account by edit to try to get past the ban, he has been perma banned, all i wanted to do was play with him and have a bit of fun. I have no idea why edit has banned either of us.
