Ban appeals are for when we have made a mistake, or there has been a significant change in the circumstances.
These are the only reasons a ban appeal would be accepted. Appeals for "apologies" or just admitting you did wrong will be instantly denied.

Nature of ban(ie, mine craft temp banned or TS3 perm ban) : Apparently duping...
Staff who banned you : 14Squared
Staff who dealt with you : 14squared
Staff who have warned you previously : none
Reason for ban on record : So it said I was duping? but I didn't and this was total mistake, I was in the process of telling staff about the exploit but ax assassin told me he was doing it already...I didn't exploit anything and I shouldn't be banned
Why do you think you were banned?(what you think the admins thought) : Admin made a mistake and said I was duping when I didn't.. he banned me instantly and it was unfair and without reason.
Why what is your explanation of this reason? He banned me for duping even tho I didn't.
Why should we unban you? This was totally wrong and I did nothing wrong.
What measures will you take to prevent this from happening again? check your staff... You shouldn't ban someone because you think they duplicated items its outrageous
How can we trust you again? Like I said I didn't do shit and I'm pissed this even happened
What else would you like to say to the admins who will review this case? Yeah when you unban me make sure I get my ranks on both accounts back because this was total BS.
