Ban appeals are for when we have made a mistake, or there has been a significant change in the circumstances.
These are the only reasons a ban appeal would be accepted. Appeals for "apologies" or just admitting you did wrong will be instantly denied.
In Game Name:
Length of Ban: 14 days
Nature of ban(ie, mine craft temp banned or TS3 perm ban) : Temp ban
Staff who banned you : ThaCandyMan
Staff who dealt with you : Nobody dealt with me I was simply banned for complaining
Staff who have warned you previously : The only staff I've ever even had an issue with is kidcar who muted me once for talking in chat which noodly appendage extended for an hour for "excessive history" when that was the first time muted
Reason for ban on record : Didn't even give a reason just banned me for 14 days after I was complaining about staff not helping me even if I make a ticket and everyone being muted for no reason.
Why do you think you were banned?(what you think the admins thought) : I think I was banned because ThaCandyMan got tired of having to see my messages in chat and a simply had the power to ban me for 14 days
Why what is your explanation of this reason? I have no explanation as the Bab simply said "constant nuisance - extensive history" which the only history is a mute and I've been muted once by kidcar. (Extended by noodly appendage)
Why should we unban you? I don't even understand why I'm banned.
What measures will you take to prevent this from happening again? I guess I won't talk in chat if staff is online? I have no clue what you want me to stop doing.
How can we trust you again? You probably can't idfk
What else would you like to say to the admins who will review this case? If it's ThaCandyMan I would like a retrial and also I would like to say that muting or banning someone doesn't always solve the problem it just extends the time until the problem comes back.
