Ban appeals are for when we have made a mistake, or there has been a significant change in the circumstances.
These are the only reasons a ban appeal would be accepted. Appeals for "apologies" or just admitting you did wrong will be instantly denied.

Nature of ban(ie, mine craft temp banned or TS3 perm ban) : minecraft temp

Staff who banned you : Dakotaa

Staff who dealt with you : Nobody

Staff who have warned you previously : Doesn't apply

Reason for ban on record : "pvp hacks - proof provided - Extended due to history"

Why do you think you were banned?(what you think the admins thought) : I had been getting multiple players accusing me of using a hacked client in pvp.

Why what is your explanation of this reason? Players type in chat accusing me of hacks, including one report on the forums.

Why should we unban you? I was not using a hacked client, I was banned while offline, and hadn't been pvping in the last few hours before I went offline. I wasn't prompted to prove my innocence by screensharing my minecraft client/versions.

What measures will you take to prevent this from happening again? I will try to screenshot every time I get accused to show my client being clean at the time of accusation.

How can we trust you again? I have been trying hard to gain back trust from the staff team over the last month, I don't want this false accusation to impact my newly gained trust, I believe I have been trying very hard to change my attitude on the server.

What else would you like to say to the admins who will review this case? If I do get unbanned, I will continue to try to improve my attitude to the staff. If I can't get unbanned, I will respectably wait out my ban and come back when I am unbanned. Thank you.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't see you miss* any of your swings in this video (when you were close enough to hit). All your hits also seem perfectly timed.

Correct me if I'm wrong, you mean't to say MISS my swings instead of hit? Also I agree it doesn't look like I spam clicked at all in this video(I timed hits perfectly), I think I did miss a few though. You can see I warped out because he was actually pretty hard to fight. I would appreciate if you showed this video to some more avid pvpers on the staff team to get their opinion. Thank you for posting the video for me.

This is very hard to tell(slowing it down would help a lot) but around 0:23-0:24, you swung your sword and your head flicked onto me, the hack option click aimbot would do exactly the same as that. You weren't able to damage me because we were allies.

I agree that does look sketchy, But I believe if I was using some type of aimbot, it would only lock on if I was in range of you, and even if we were allies it would put out a particles for the hit. I come from 1.7 hcf servers and have an instinct to hit players all around, though that likely doesn't prove anything. I think I mentioned in the original appeal, I am willing to show my files. Very good point though, Zeroo.

You were clearly in range for a hit on me, we were almost 4 blocks apart when you started swinging your sword but I continued to walk back so it looks a little bit too far.

In the player's perspective, you would not be able to see the particles coming out from the hits but, you would be able to see the particles if you hit someone from your perspective you would be able to see the particles from the hit. So this doesn't really prove anything about the ally situation.

I don't have anything to argue back with, you make some good points. I rest my defense and hope for the best. (NOT ADMITTING, just saying I have no further arugment.)

I'll go ahead and accept this appeal since the evidence isn't really very absolute. You're unbanned.
