Ban appeals are for when we have made a mistake, or there has been a significant change in the circumstances.
These are the only reasons a ban appeal would be accepted. Appeals for "apologies" or just admitting you did wrong will be instantly denied.

Reason for ban on record : X-ray (Alt account for my brother)
Why do you think you were banned?(what you think the admins thought) : Admin's believed I had been using X-Ray
Why what is your explanation of this reason? They had mention a direct tunnel to the admin's "Friends" base.
Why should we unban you? First of all, me and my brother have been pulling all nighters for the past few days, playing on this server. Mining, drug running etc. My brother and I were mining when either one of us found a base. He didn't explain to me who's or whats base. I remember finding a large obsidian base earlier last night, but that was because I was mining for diamonds. At first I had no idea that someone as there, set my home.. and began to place TNT.. after hearing a mob spawner and chests opening outside the obsidian barricade.. I had asked if someone was there, which someone in chat responded. After that, a long night of boredom and mining.. me and my brother decided to raid his place. Like I said, I was not given info on who's base. A "Direct tunnel" seems like a weak argument for X-RAY.. I did not have X-RAY, I was mining and "This happens believe it or not" Stumbled upon a large obsidian corner. There are thousands of players, new ones everyday.. You are bound to run into a base at some point. How else would that happen, you obviously wouldnt know about it. The admin claims they were friends with the so called "Victim" I call them player, since "RAIDS HAPPEN" so i think there is a little bias going on here. Direct Tunnels do not constitute a ban, what even the fuck. What kind of proof is that, also btw.. My brother's account got banned. He has been over here, and at the time I got banned, he logged on to talk to the admin. Then the admin proceeded to ban my brothers account aswell. We base in the faction.. and I can even get a voiced testimony at some point for this. He warned me to get in teamspeak, gave me no teamspeak server.. and banned him before I could even get the damn thing downloaded. I'd like this to be investigated, I'm not a cheater.. I got lucky, as do most.. and found a base. That does not mean I used damn X-Ray.
What measures will you take to prevent this from happening again? I'm not exactly sure, maybe not try and raid people LOL. I mean what else would people do, I'm not exactly sure what I did wrong. The only accusation is that I'm using X-RAY but otherwise, what rules have I violated.

Well, the fact that I haven't had a record on this server.. and am good friends with some of the players, My brother and I have been playing on this server for a good two weeks, and why would I suddenly start using X-Ray. I am 17 years old, I play this server because it reminds me of FaxionMC back in 2012, where I build from rags to riches. The only evidence, is that I'm "DIRECT TUNNELING" which I doubt isnt true.. because I never just dig straight. I mean, just giving me another chance, it's unlikely to happen again, since everyone seems to think it's once in a million chance.
What else would you like to say to the admins who will review this case? I'd like to just say, I have no record on this server.. I have been playing by the rules up until the point of this ban where I have been accused for X-RAY.. there is no solid evidence, other than a tunnel? Not to mention, the blaze farm was loud as fuck.. and I could obviously hear it. So being far away, I knew I was close. I still have yet to know who's base, and where. I'd just like to ask the admin's to please look into this, and release my ban. I honestly dont know what to do. All of this is lead off suspicion. My brother get's on to defend me, and gets banned for alt account. Which is absolutely ludicrous. He's in the same faciton as me, he plays with me. How do you even prove that. Please admins, if I need to jump into TS I will.
