Ban appeals are for when we have made a mistake, or there has been a significant change in the circumstances.
These are the only reasons a ban appeal would be accepted. Appeals for "apologies" or just admitting you did wrong will be instantly denied.

Staff who banned you : Dakotaa

Staff who dealt with you : nobody

Staff who have warned you previously : Nobody

Reason for ban on record : Hacks - Multiple reports/proofs provided - Extended due to history

Why do you think you were banned?(what you think the admins thought) : Well I often get accused of hacking be people in public chat, maybe some people made reports. As far as I know there is no video or screenshot proof.

Why what is your explanation of this reason? I was banned while sleeping and hadn't been pvping within hours of my ban, therefore I don't understand how there was proof of me hacking.

Why should we unban you? Again I was innocent, I don't believe in going off of peoples accusations without proof.

What measures will you take to prevent this from happening again? I guess there is not too much I can do, if you have any ideas I am open to them.

How can we trust you again? Not too sure, but on a different note I have been almost completely non-toxic in chat and I am proud of that.

What else would you like to say to the admins who will review this case? I would appreciate if you could provide the proof that influenced you to ban me today, I don't believe there is any official reports on the forums.

Are you talking about the video that was debunked? otherwise I can't find any video

I was out for a bit and I talked to some of my friends and they told me what the video was, I remember yesterday while we were hanging out around wild I was warping out and RIGHT when I teleported I saw particles infront of me so I warped back quickly and shot in the area, I remember it hit prestige and I said "goteem" in chat cuz that shit was crazy. Looking at the video I can see times where I was looking directly at him and I don't remember seeing anybody at the time, I would have shot or swung at him if I did.

I can vouch for vzl as well as fluxxxxx and FrogJesus. We were all in a call with him as this was happening and I distinctly remember vzl saying just seconds before it happened "i just saw someone with invis particles in front of me when I was warping out". He then proceeded to go back to warp wild and shoot at where he thought the person was and it turns out he got lucky and hit them. If he'd been hacking it would've been known before we were finished pvping not after.

yes because when I jumped down and shot and it hit. shit was crazy. but yeah like I said I saw his particles right when I warped out so I came back and saw his particles when I jumped down so I shot him.
