Ban appeals are for when we have made a mistake, or there has been a significant change in the circumstances.
These are the only reasons a ban appeal would be accepted. Appeals for "apologies" or just admitting you did wrong will be instantly denied.

Why do you think you were banned?(what you think the admins thought) : i can only imagine; it was probably the mythic raid. my boy riccardo who ate a ban too took me to their base - and what is more natural than start digging straight down to find possible spots for a cannon? so thats what i did. and after some parts of it were not claimed, we were suddenly standing in their base.
whole thing would make more sense if it wasn't first offense but this is the very first time i even got suspected

Why should we unban you? because the ban was unjustified in the first place.
What measures will you take to prevent this from happening again? none. i won't stop digging around claims to find possible flaws

What else would you like to say to the admins who will review this case? please unban _RiccardodemXx_, too
EDIT: apparently the previously-claimed base is no longer under faction protection. it shouldn't be too hard to figure out it actually was when the raid happened
