Perm problems

Hi guys, I have just started playing with my friend, I bought a chunk and then I give him permits. We're confused because we just have 1 chunk and he have all permits. But the next chunk to it, he can't edit but me do.

You have to access him to each individual chunk. Use the command /f access p (your friend) to allow him to edit a chunk.
