Make the mount command more useful, as of now it is a downgrade.

I feel that the mount command could be much better, and not be what it currently is to players that are not cops: a downgrade. Before the mount command came out we were able to trade mounts, now it is impossible to trade mounts, once a mount goes into the GUI it is never seen again. If i was quitting, or if i just needed extra money, why would it be impossible for me to trade an item i paid for? If you have the slightest thought of maybe wanting to sell your horse in the future, you might not want to use the GUI, and just stick with the regular mount. Glad you took the time to read my post.

If you think this is a done grade you are very mistaken. This was added so cops would not lose there 6million dollar horses as well and for druggies to not lose there horse when they are mulling drugs. This benefit every one. Trading/selling horses is not a big enough market for use to of kept it the old way. Plus with the new gui we can now add new skins for the horses which make this even better for customization for each player.
