Describe your issue in detail : I literally sent him 4 cents in 1 cent increments and he warned me just for sending him money. Thats definitely not flooding as chat is around 16 lines long and 4 lines doesn't take up much of the screen at all. I also immediately stopped after sending him the money.
Why do you feel this is worth a report : I don't feel like staff should warn players for sending other players 4 cents, I feel it's a very extreme measure to warn someone for it.

Three or more lines including sending money is technically spam. She didn’t mute you all she did was give you a warning. Next time just send 0.04 once instead of 0.01 four times.

Fancy, it's obvious you saw the other active player report for the same issue and decided to replicate it. It was deliberate and stupid, don't get upset you got in trouble for it.
