Describe your issue in detail : Killah as a police officer is not supposed to use drugs, yet he has done so twice in the matter of around 1 minute on the server.
Why do you feel this is worth a report : I do not want cops that break the rules to be police officers as if they will break one rule they will have no problem breaking more, and i want a non-corrupt police force.
