Describe your issue in detail : It's a common complaint and I am sure that there has been a report about this before but it has to be handled. Killah openly admits to using a texture pack that enhances the particles that are put out by players in order for him to jail more people while they are invisible.
Why do you feel this is worth a report : This is giving him a very clear advantage over players trying to sell their drugs as well as other cops. The server just did a massive store overhaul in order to help remove the advantages from other players and I think this should be included in that change. Allowing the police to use something like this texture pack is unfair to all of the community and I think it is time the admins take action and address the issue.
