Ban appeals are for when we have made a mistake, or there has been a significant change in the circumstances.
These are the only reasons a ban appeal would be accepted. Appeals for "apologies" or just admitting you did wrong will be instantly denied.

Staff who banned you : Spalw
Staff who dealt with you : No-one personally - Spalw out of blue
Staff who have warned you previously : TwerkFest (Completely unrelated to ban)
Reason for ban on record : Running on Water / Xray
Why do you think you were banned?(what you think the admins thought) : I think the admins thought I was using xray to look for bases underground.
What is your explanation of this reason? Because I don't mine on the server and the only other explanation for xray would be this.
Why should we unban you? Besides from a stupid /warning that happened straight away because I said something non-english in chat (I didn’t get a verbal warning to stop btw) I have a perfect history appart from being kicked mandatory for resigning as a cop, I believe I should be unbanned as I wasn’t even using anything malicious or to gain anything over any players, I was building the road at cords x-0 z-0 as someone had ruined it and on the sign there it says if it’s broken please fix for others so I was doing so, I was gonna a using the road to help level up my mount then all of a sudden I was banned, not only do I do my best to help others in the server in chat and by voting etc when I’m not even a helper rank, I can admittedly say I do a lot more than some helpers on the servwr with the rank. Again please take this all into consideration, although I really am doubting this will change the over ban unfortunately.
What measures will you take to prevent this from happening again? Can play on a clean jar or take any other necessary steps an admin would like me to do in order to prevent this happening again.
How can we trust you again? Because it's the first time I've ever been faulted for something and it's so small and stupid, I've been helping out as much as I can in the server to the best of my ability so you best believe something like this wont happen again.
What else would you like to say to the admins who will review this case? Please take into consideration that I was actually trying to help other players by building the road like it states/asks you to ingame and also the near perfect /hist I have on the server since I've started playing.
