lost rank

so I played on this server a while ago with the username chinkel30 I have since lost access to that account and created a new account charger30 I didn't know about this whole lost rank thing till _lilherme_ told me about it so I thought id give it a shot. I did already buy mvp+ on my charger 30 account so I was woundering if there was anything that could be done about maybe getting mvp++ or the legacy mvp+rank? If not its cool I still wanted to donate to the server anyways cause I think its great! also does anyone know how to change my username on this website to match my Minecraft name?

Do you have any proof that you owned the chinkel30 account?

none other then the fact that i own the chinkel30 account on this forum site which should date back to the last reset or earlier. i played back when the drug building was a red brick building on the back right corner of spawn

The only payment I see from you is for the Deluxe Bundle we used to have, which I believe was VIP+. However, I've given you legacy MVP ingame. If you believe you had MVP+, please PM me the payment details and I'll look into it further.
