These are the only reasons a ban appeal would be accepted. Appeals for "apologies" or just admitting you did wrong will be instantly denied.

Why do you think you were banned?(what you think the admins thought) : I have no clue because I just logged on after having computer issues to be welcomed with a permanent ban.
What is your explanation of this reason? I have no clue because I was not there when banned nor do I know what bot means.
Why should we unban you? I was falsely banned and had done nothing to deserve a ban.
What measures will you take to prevent this from happening again? I don’t know because I have no clue what bot is.
How can we trust you again? You can trust me now because I have done nothing wrong and will continue doing nothing wrong.
