Ban appeals are for when we have made a mistake, or there has been a significant change in the circumstances.
These are the only reasons a ban appeal would be accepted. Appeals for "apologies" or just admitting you did wrong will be instantly denied.

Reason for ban on record : Reason: Alt of Mom_Took_My_Juul

Why do you think you were banned?(what you think the admins thought) : Me and my brother play on the same wifi connection, parcheesi incorrectly banned my brother and I without even talking to me beforehand.

What is your explanation of this reason? My brother and I play on the same IP and parcheesi believed my account was my little brother's alt.

Why should we unban you? I don't feel like I should be banned for a reason which isn't valid. Neither I nor my brother use alt accounts now, or ever will on your server.

What measures will you take to prevent this from happening again? I will notify the staff that I and my brother play on the same IP adress so this false ban does not occur again.

How can we trust you again? I didn't do anything wrong in the first place. I try to be an upstanding member of the community and don't understand how this happened.

What else would you like to say to the admins who will review this case? I really enjoy the server. I would really hate for all the time and money I put into the server to be wasted because of a false ban. Your staff team is very well selected and I'm hoping we can work this out fast and easily. I'm open to send little brother pictures if necessary. ! I'd also appreciate if you could unban my little brother's account Mom_Took_My_Juul. I'm also open to screen share if needed.

Can you explain why there were 4 other accounts on your ip besides yourself and your brothers account?

No other accounts using my IP belong to me, I do occasionally play with a friend who comes over to my house and uses my wifi. I think the other 3 accounts could have been from proxies I used recently. I really enjoy reselling sneakers, and for the most hyped releases I use proxies with my bots to try and get the limited shoes. I believe there could have been other players with accounts on the server using the same proxies as I have for the recent Yeezy 350 Glow In The Dark release. There are only 3 total accounts which I know have been on my IP.

He may not have been on the server on my IP though. I just think he may have. I found the server IP on my sneaker cook group's discord, so it is pretty probable that 3 or 4 of them out of the few hundred play on the server and were using our shared proxies close to the drop.

You need to join our teamspeak at ts3.mc-drugs.com and confirm that you and your little brother are 2 separate people. As for the other 4 accounts on your IP, the chances of them being on the same proxies as you and playing MCDrugs are highly improbable at best. I have switched the tempban to your account for 5 days and your brothers ban will be switched to a permanent ban until you verify yourself in teamspeak. Myself and other admins will be available for the next for hours.

I appreciate the reduction of the ban but may I ask why I'm still being banned when I've done nothing wrong. I did mention that the IP was given to me by members of the group and I know several of them play on the server. I was really looking forward to playing because I have monday and tuesday off of high school. How long do I have to verify my brothers account? He has gone downstairs for the night.

If you can verify your brothers account with him present in teamspeak I can easily take a day off of your ban. For the other 4 accounts however, there is no way for us to prove that they are not alternate accounts. Unless you are able to get all 4 of these other players in our teamspeak to vouch for their accounts and the use of their proxy, your ban will remain.

How long do I have to verify my brothers account? He has gone downstairs for the night.

He will remain perm banned until you verify.
