Rank Return MVP

I recently came back on to the server from a long break on Minecraft and the server has reset multiple times since I have left. When I came back on to the server (today) I noticed I did not have the prefix so I did /donorprefix mvp and it said I did not have the rank but I have VIP+ and Vip. I'm hoping this issue can be fixed, as it's been a while I have searched my phone for evidence of the rank and I have found an image of me with the rank I have attached it to the thread and I hope it helps.

This does not seem to be working I am in the /lobby but it just says unknown command Evidence below

Thanks I got the rank but is there a way to get my nick back too (it's not giving from ranktranfser) Proof of nick in original pic

Dakotaa my sister is also having issues with receiving the VIP rank I have evidence for this account too (Chloe18122003) Evidence is attached, I have tried the /ranktranfer on both mcdrugs and the lobby it does not seem to be working.
