I think a plugin that should be added or a theme, would be like in GTA V where you have a heist with a group of people and do operations to make money, Although in this instance I believe that you guys should do something like that with drugs but to where the whole server can contribute as a group work community to make money and anyone who participates in it will get like a 5-10% cut and if they do specific operations like maybe some that are extremely hard it would be nice for them to get like and extra 50k bonus or something.
