Ban appeals are for when we have made a mistake, or there has been a significant change in the circumstances.
These are the only reasons a ban appeal would be accepted. Appeals for "apologies" or just admitting you did wrong will be instantly denied.

Length of Ban: 30 days.

Nature of ban(ie, mine craft temp banned or TS3 perm ban) : TS3 Perm ban and 30 days in minecraft.

Staff who banned you : First it was edit, now its spalw.

Staff who dealt with you : Spalw and Edit.

Staff who have warned you previously : Tasty, Noodle and ThaCandyMan

Reason for ban on record : I was on the server helping my faction farm, and which i now know it is not acceptable as a cop, And which i got caught and i was like Ok, i know what im doing is wrong but i can help my faction a bit and get promoted in the faction to like mod or something. I was still on the teamspeak once i was banned from the server for 7 days. Later on everyone came after me in the teamspeak and spalw called me a cunt so i fought back and called him disrespectful words. I stood up for myself because thats what most people do. I am 16 and ive been dealing with assholes like that for awhile now so i know what to say when to say. Spalw freaked out, perm banned me from the teamspeak and now my banned for extended to a 30 day for no absolute reason. I don't understand it.

Why do you think you were banned?(what you think the admins thought) : I was banned because i was farming as a cop and it is not aloud. I understand that now and dont understand why my ban was extended to 30 days from 7. Spalw freaked out for me standing up for myself? if hes gonna do that everytime i don't see the server going places with disrespectful staff like him. No offence Spalw.

Why what is your explanation of this reason? I was caught farming as a cop and i understand that now. will never touch a drug in the server unless it is from me jailing someone. But i still don't understand why i was banned for 30 days and perm banned on ts3 for standing up for myself.

Why should we unban you? Because i stood up for myself and i don't deserve a 30 day ban for standing up for myself because i have the right too. I think i should be unbanned because i was in the wrong and i understand that. Just no need for my ban to be extended to 30 days... I STOOD UP FOR MYSELF.

What measures will you take to prevent this from happening again? I wont farm as a cop, just trying to help my faction members...

How can we trust you again? I am a trustworthy person, if i wasnt i wouldn't be filling out this ban appeal.

What else would you like to say to the admins who will review this case? I was banned for no reason, I understand i was farming as a cop but i couldn't even explain my side of the storie. I hope on teamspeak and i get insulted by Spalw. Then it gets expanded to a 30 day ban. Not cool.

I was incredibly lenient with you when you were first demoted / banned for farming as a cop. I said you were an ass-hole because you disregarded that I had been incredibly nice and not completely reset and banned you last time you did this.

What you said and the way you acted towards me was completely uncalled for. If you don't see our server "going places" then I'd recommend you simply leave we've been doing great for over five years, but thanks for your valuable feedback!

No problem, i believe what i said was not uncalled for, and i respect how to respected me the first time. Usually owners like you Spalw respect there members, especially cops because i barely see any on. Anyways. Ill be back on once my 30 days expire.

To make this incredibly clear - You farmed as a cop and I spoke to you and decided that I wouldn't temp-ban you or even reset your balance or rank you got from cheating and said that if you're caught doing that again your ban would be considerably longer.

You then farmed again as a cop. I was rightfully annoyed that you had completely ignored the fact that I had been very lenient with you previously.
I did not "freak out" because you are "16 and ive been dealing with assholes like that for awhile now so i know what to say when to say", your attitude is not welcome here. If you want to call me an asshole or make comments about how I sound or my health, you can rightfully fuck off.

Tbh I'm not trying to be rude. I respect you so there's no need for telling me to fuck off. Yes I joke around and I was then on teamspeak. Sorry that I voiced my opinion.
