Yes. We did a poll and it was 50/50 for players experiencing lag out of around 50 responses. From this, we can assume that it is lower than 50% actually experiencing it, as people experiencing it were more likely to answer the poll.

Anyways, I will try to do a complete dedicated server reboot right now and see if that changes anything.

That poll.... I accidentally said no. What I meant, was yes. I've been getting the exact problem, and I wasn't sure if it was because of my VPN, but I'm guessing it's not. I usually have to wait a few minutes when I go to spawn, or a minute or so when I am going around homes. It gets so bad, like the threader mentioned, that I have to close down Minecraft as it is stuck on the "Downloading terrain" screen. My Minecraft works perfectly on other servers. Hopefully this doesn't result in another reset. God no...
