I'm incredibly sorry but we can't do anything unless they are caught in the act, the person could of framed someone and we sadly cannot do anything. However we shall keep an eye out on any X-Rayers and hopefully catch them, I hope you understand and if you have anymore questions please message a Moderator in game or post in the forums.
