Hello,
If players do continuously be aggressive towards you, there is a /ignore command that we have. Simply, do /ignore [PlayerName]. This will make all messages/mails from that player hidden.

I'd like to add, if this is an ongoing issue the player will be tempbanned/muted for a significant amount of time in most cases.
