Already had VIP+ but bought it again in shop?

I saved up 3000 points so that I could buy the next rank, but I didn't know what the next rank was, so I clicked VIP+ and assumed it would tell me that I was already that rank instead of letting me buy it again so now it took 1,000 of my points and didn't give me anything in return. Is there a way I can get my points back so that I can rank up to MVP like I intended to?

Far too late. I posted that a while back. My friends and I already quit the server and found a much better one.
