These are the only reasons a ban appeal would be accepted. Appeals for "apologies" or just admitting you did wrong will be instantly denied.

Nature of ban(ie, mine craft temp banned or TS3 perm ban) : In-game ban
Staff who banned you : spalw
Staff who dealt with you : spalw
Staff who have warned you previously : No previously warnings for this I don't think..
Reason for ban on record : Xray - third offense (Returning to a previously xrayed base)
Why do you think you were banned?(what you think the admins thought) : I got banned for returning to a previously xrayed base. At the time please note I wasn't aware of that being a rule of regulation.
Why what is your explanation of this reason? Just for the record I had quite a long ban, over 30 days in fact. After that extricating month of being able to not play minecraft. That being said I never thought I would've gotten banned again from this server. Until this happened which completely caught me off guard to be honest I never thought that would be a rule.. In which I understand now though. Don't punish me for my stupidity again.
Why should we unban you? It was an honest mistake and I just didn't know I could be banned for that. The players inside informed me of the rules and that i could get banned and i left and they never saw me there again plus I deleted my ./home set. you can check the logs. It was not thought about again until spalw messaged me. I get it he was just doing his job but as a player I just want to play again and not deal with this ban for something I already received consequences for. I'm not saying I have false ban, I'm saying I have a ban that I was uneducated about.
What measures will you take to prevent this from happening again? I don't want to do anything like that again, besides I've done all the measures I could've taken about 33 days ago after I got banned previously.
How can we trust you again? Trust is all I have right now like my fate of playing again or not is in your hands. If you give me that chance you will NOT regret anything. I've changed significantly, actions and mindset how i take the game.
