These are the only reasons a ban appeal would be accepted. Appeals for "apologies" or just admitting you did wrong will be instantly denied.

Why do you think you were banned?(what you think the admins thought) : the admins thought that i was an alternate account to amanawe5omene55
Why what is your explanation of this reason? i know mindcrafterbro (he is my best friend) and i have heard of amanawe5omene55 but i've never even talked to him. i got on this server because mindcrafterbro said that he had nobody to play with
Why should we unban you? because i am not an alternate account for amanawe5omene55
What measures will you take to prevent this from happening again? i dont think there is anything that i can do, but maybe staff could check with me before assuming that i am somebody that i am not
How can we trust you again? i hardly know anybody on this server but ive never lied to you guys
