These are the only reasons a ban appeal would be accepted. Appeals for "apologies" or just admitting you did wrong will be instantly denied.

Reason for ban on record : Was banned for Chest Shop Storage
Why do you think you were banned?(what you think the admins thought) : Didnt know you couldnt keep items in your shop that u were not selling
Why what is your explanation of this reason? Thought you could keep more items in the shop
Why should we unban you? There should be a detailed list of all the rules for chest shops in the tutorial area so players dont get confused
What measures will you take to prevent this from happening again? will sell my stuff through trade and /ah
How can we trust you again? There was a miss understanding and this wont happen again
What else would you like to say to the admins who will review this case? Will i still have ownership of the shop and will i get the items back if not
