I mine 2 blocks sometimes 3 and go in a circle keeping it flat to avoid lava at y 18 in the nether

Try it yourself with persistent pickaxe and netherite armor and you will see I'm right

What about sheen the bean? He had 70+ netherite day 1 in his shop and I get banned because I have too much netherite? Can I get another administrator to verify this is a legit ban

Sheen has been constantly watched and does not mine directly to debris like you do. Seeing as you are unable to add anything else to this appeal i will be locking this thread
