Ban appeals are for when we have made a mistake, or there has been a significant change in the circumstances.
These are the only reasons a ban appeal would be accepted. Appeals for "apologies" or just admitting you did wrong will be instantly denied.

Staff who banned you : Dakotaa

Staff who dealt with you : TimJ_9

Staff who have warned you previously : Idk

Reason for ban on record : Continued racism/nonsense in chat

Why do you think you were banned?(what you think the admins thought) : As shown above in the reason they gave. Unsure though of whether it was in general racism or after TimJ_9 told me to stop.

Why what is your explanation of this reason? I don't really understand this question but I'll assume it's referring to the admin's reasoning: Called nibbaseatinbeans a word they dislike

Why should we unban you? Ban was made for no reason practically. Once TimJ_9 had informed me to seize on the matter, I did as seen in chat logs here:

What measures will you take to prevent this from happening again? I'm not sure how this is possible when I seized my actions as soon as TImJ_9 asked me to stop

How can we trust you again? Read the chat logs above, how did I go against Tim's request?

Considering how many times multiple "high-rank" staff members have been online, including Dakotaa himself who posted on the forum once or twice, it may not be as much of a stretch to assume that there is likely some member(s) who are purposely ignoring my ban appeal. On the offset chance that these staff members have simply not noticed my appeal, I'd hope this would get their attention by bumping the thread back up to the top (passing ban appeals who were answered after I had made my appeal).

If Dakotaa himself could also reply to this thread and explain why he temporarily banned me even after the fact that I had already ended my racist joke with another user (while not at the least even warning that user as seen in the LiteBans database) then that'd be great.

Not to mention, your generalization is far too off, most of what I say is jokes and whatever I do mean is usually ending up in a conversation with p0jetski privately after told to stop staff (which has only happened twice). While I'm not yelling random crap (along with other users who aren't dealt with similarly, likely due to the fact that you cannot take an opinion which is different from yours as seen above) I simply converse with other users, coin flip, say "no u," and other random shit. The bias shown by you here is drastically obvious and how easily you let your opinions (including feelings getting hurt) get in the way of making decisions shows how stubborn you are.

Not to mention, if this doesn't sound like an emotionally based reply by you, then I'm not sure if anything at all stated by you will seem emotionally based.

I never implied that you stated it, only that it was something which I was perceiving from your first reply to this thread. It seemed to me that you were letting your emotions get in the way of using logical reason.
