These are the only reasons a ban appeal would be accepted. Appeals for "apologies" or just admitting you did wrong will be instantly denied.

Reason for ban on record : I was an X-Ray Accomplice.
Why do you think you were banned?(what you think the admins thought) : They most likely because my friend Vantagez was caught X-Raying.
Why what is your explanation of this reason? I didn't know he was hacking. It's a simple as that. We were in a call but, he never said anything about him having hacks.
Why should we unban you? I should be unbanned because I had no clue what was going on and wasn't aware of the hacking being used.
What measures will you take to prevent this from happening again? I could point out little things and ask if someone is cheating and report to an admin?
How can we trust you again? It's honestly just up to the staff member who reviews this.
What else would you like to say to the admins who will review this case?
