Ban appeals are for when we have made a mistake, or there has been a significant change in the circumstances.
These are the only reasons a ban appeal would be accepted. Appeals for "apologies" or just admitting you did wrong will be instantly denied.

Nature of ban(ie, mine craft temp banned or TS3 perm ban) : Perm ban

Staff who dealt with you : Dakotaaa

Reason for ban on record : The reason for being banned was because of doxthreats- Extended to perm due to long history.
Why do you think you were banned?(what you think the admins thought) : I think I was banned because I took against control and demanded in a bad way against other players unexpectly.
Why what is your explanation of this reason? My explaination of this is that I didnt actually mean any of this, I just lost it and went against the consequences which is bad indeed.
Why should we unban you? I think you should unban me as ive been banned for a while now and actually realised how bad things can go and its not just a game we take this rules seriously. I've realised not to be a prick and keep away from being toxic against others. Just chill and play the game like everybody else.
What measures will you take to prevent this from happening again? I would never do this again as I know i'll be on my last ever warning to be good, therefore I will prove this.
How can we trust you again? You can trust me as I will never do this again I promise I just want to be back and enjoy the server.
What else would you like to say to the admins who will review this case? Nothing but i'm hoping for a chance to come back a better person and follow the rules.
