These are the only reasons a ban appeal would be accepted. Appeals for "apologies" or just admitting you did wrong will be instantly denied.

Staff who dealt with you : I've been dealt with previously by most of the staff team
Staff who have warned you previously : I've also been warned previously by most of the staff team
Reason for ban on record : Withholding information from staff
Why do you think you were banned?(what you think the admins thought) : I was banned because I was withholding information, the reason for the ban is spot on.
What is your explanation of this reason? I was holding information which I should have notified the admins about as soon as possible.
Why should we unban you? I would like to be unbanned just so I can claim my legacy rank which I had been grinding boss souls for so I can have a fresh start for the next reset, I understand you wanted me perm banned and that's why I waited this long to apply. I'm not going to act like I didn't know what I did was wrong, because I had the power to abuse it if I really pleased, but I didn't, I just kept the items because they were cool to have, I had no malicious intentions.
What measures will you take to prevent this from happening again? If a situation like mine does somehow happen again, I will notify staff asap instead of hiding it from them.
How can we trust you again? I understand that in my early days on the server I have been a nuisance for most of your staff team, and I do apologise for that, I was just being edgy, however once I got to know everyone I realised the server has its own little community which I had grown to love, during my time being banned I have missed communicating with your player base and missed the server in general. I have made many friends which I don't want to jeopardise by being banned for silly things again.
What else would you like to say to the admins who will review this case? I'd just like to apologise to Noodly, I have given him a lot of shit during my time I've spent on the server and I hope he knows I have nothing against him as a person.
