Reason for ban on record : "Planting drugs on players"

Why do you think you were banned?(what you think the admins thought) : I gave other players out in the public drugs, to send them to jail.

What is your explanation of this reason? I did not know that this was illegal at all. I really was just doing it for fun and a laugh. I feel like I should have received a warning since its not a huge thing at all and I once again did not know that this was illegal even more bannable.

Why should we unban you? I should be unbanned because I just started playing a few days ago and I'm in love with this server believe it or not. I have grinded all the way to Colonel in the ranks in just a few days which shows I'm literally playing on this server 24/7. I don't really think the ban should be a full day, like maybe 1 hour or something but a full day??? I know I did something wrong now, but at the time I didn't know it was illegal.

What measures will you take to prevent this from happening again? I won't "Plant" drugs on other players. I now know that it is a bad thing to do.

How can we trust you again? Definitely I seriously didn't know it was against the rules but guess what it is so it's my bad that I did it I take full responsibility of the repercussions of the act that I performed on the server today. It won't happen again I can promise you that.

What else would you like to say to the admins who will review this case? I'm a person that is in love with this server and I would like to eventually apply for helper as well, but it probably won't happen now that this is on my records. ;/

At /warp police, and when you do /police enroll there are several messages telling you to read the cop rules. We do not give warnings for this type of thing. As for it not being a "huge thing", by planting drugs on players you are both boosting your arrest count and collecting the commission cops receive for catching players.

I read all of the rules and i still don't understand where it says to not plant drugs on people. The one in the picture says "Do not frame people by throwing drugs on the ground".... I have no idea what that stands for/means. How am I supposed to know that means to not throw drugs and frisk people. Maybe change the rule to "Do not purposefully throw drugs on people and frisk them". I don't think this ban is fair simply because the rule wasn't clear enough for me to understand. English is not my first language.
