Explanation: Me and my brother 'Arthur_Shelby_' recently joined your server just yesterday. We spent a few hours settling in before we disconnected. I rejoined today for arround 30 seconds to check that we hadnt been raided and then i logged off. I just triend to re connect to find that me and my brother 'Arthur_Shelby_' have been banned for the "use of alt". What is the use of alt? we have done nothing against the rules in the short time that we have been on your server and request that you would unban us or give us a better explanation at your soonest convinience.

I would also like to add that although I have only been banned for 24 hours, my main concern is that Arthur_Shelby_ has been permanently banned for "alt of tommy_shelby".
