Ban Appeals

I think we should change the way ban appeals work for when you get temp-banned. It should be something like if your ban is over a week your allowed to appeal but if it is just a few days you will have to wait it out as it isn't that long. This could help by shortening the amount of ban appeals staff members have to go through.

Getting banned is a lot worse then it may seem. If you get banned your reputation gets very affected and big factions may deny you and you may loose trust but if you appeal the ban will be considered like false. Also some people love this server and getting banned will feel a lot worse the just few days

Since most of our bans on the server are less than one week this would mean no one can appeal, the staff groups help with the appeals because an admin will only have to deal with his group of moderators appeals and his own, in my opinion, the ban appeals aren't an issue with the current amount coming in
