Can't rank up??

I'm sure I'm missing something stupid, but I've exceeded 20k ingame and have been playing for 4 hours and am still Junky. Any fix?

Ranking up doesn't happen automatically, you have to initiate it. To rank up type /rankup in-game, and then again to confirm.
