[Chief] Police rank role could have a little change

Despite the fact that it's in bold, it doesn't look anywhere near as good as [DeputyChief], and also resembles the lesser, green tag [Chief] obtainable from Tag Crates.

Maybe change it to something like [PoliceChief]?
