These are just some suggestions which I think should be added:

Whiskey
Ingredients: 8x Pumpkin Seeds, 8x Melon Seeds, 8x Beetroot Seeds, 8x Wheat
Cooking time: 7 minutes
Distillation: None
Aging: 15 days in oak barrel.
Alcohol: 36

Maybe if you have time on your hands that a new way of making brews could be implemented such as crafting water with a dye to make lemon juice. These could be done by getting a bottle of water with a colored dye e.g. yellow dye and placing it in a crafting table with the water bottle and add carbonation into the game so you place the crafted water and dye into a brewing stand with sugar at the top and it carbonates it.

Orangeade
Mix: 1x water bottle, 1x orange dye
Carbonation: 1x

Appleade
Mix: 1x water bottle, 1x cactus green
Carbonation: 1x

Cherryade
Mix: 1x water bottle, 1x red dye
Carbonation: 1x

Limeade
Mix: 1x water bottle, 1x lime dye
Carbonation: 1x

I don't know if you want to stay away from branded names in the server but the implementation of IRL fizzy drinks would be a cool idea such as Coca-cola, Pepsi, Fanta, Mountain Dew etc.
