I was fucking around with the cops and running around with some sugar while throwing it on the floor. Eventually, I got caught with it, which I wasn't mad about because I was expecting to get caught, however CPTofcoolness was using the drugs as I was dropping them which is against the cop rules. The following picture is him with the glowing effect after taking the drugs.
