Describe your issue in detail : Saw them fishing in a boat in spawn while sneaking, I like pushing people in the water to test them for autofish alot, moreso because these guys were sneaking, pushed them into the water using my horse and they kept fishing, which players would obviously react to if they were at their keyboard.
Why do you feel this is worth a report : Autofishing is not allowed based upon the rules.

Unfortunately my weird 10 second clips didn't record me actually pushing them in the water on the horse but you can see the horse and cmon who fishes like that anyways.
