Donor Ranks Reset

So before the reset, I used vote points to get myself to VIP+. Just logged in for the first time since the reset & I lost it, yet I was told before by MULTIPLE staff that I wouldn't lose the rank. I'd like an answer as to why I lost VIP+ & if I can get it back. No, I do not have screenshots of having the rank but you can ask the staff if they saw me with the tag.
